口腔种植修复对牙列缺失患者局部炎症反应及牙功能的影响(1)
[摘要]目的 探討口腔种植修复对牙列缺失患者局部炎症反应及牙功能的影响。方法 选取2016年1月~2018年1月我院收治的30例牙列缺失患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(15例)和对照组(15例)。观察组患者采用口腔种植修复,对照组患者采用常规修复。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后牙功能、牙龈状态评分、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的牙功能、牙龈状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的牙功能评分均高于治疗前,牙龈状态评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的牙功能评分高于对照组,牙龈状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率为13.33%,明显低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 口腔种植修复在牙列缺失患者中的应用效果肯定,能够减轻局部炎症反应,改善牙功能。

There were no significant differences in the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 13.33%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (40.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
