[摘要]目的 探讨集束化护理干预在肺结核大咯血介入术后的应用效果。方法 选取我院2016年5月～2018年5月收治的60例肺结核大咯血介入术患者，根据入院时间分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例。观察组给予集束化护理干预，对照组给予常规护理干预，比较两组的护理效果。结果 两组干预前的心理状况评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组干预后的心理状况评分均得到显著改善，且观察组各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 集束化护理干预在肺结核大咯血介入术后的应用效果显著，可有效缓解患者心理压力，改善生活质量。
