利奈唑胺治疗耐药结核病的临床效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探討利奈唑胺治疗耐药结核病的临床效果及对不良反应的影响。方法 选取2015年2月~2018年2月我院门诊收治的135例耐药结核病患者展开回顾性分析,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=70)和观察组(n=65)。对照组行标准化四联治疗,观察组在此基础上加用利奈唑胺治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果及治疗期不良反应发生率。结果 观察组抗酸涂片阴性、痰结核菌培养阴性、症状改善、病灶吸收及空洞闭合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠道症状、血液系统不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组凝血指标异常、末梢神经炎及尿蛋白强阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 耐药结核病患者接受四联治疗基础上加用利奈唑胺治疗,效果显著,且用药期并未增加严重不良反应,安全性较高,积极改善患者预后。

Clinical effect of Linezolid in the treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects and adverse effects of Linezolid in the treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 135 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2018. They were divided into control group (n=70) and observation group (n=65) according to different treatment methods. The control group was received standardized quadruple therapy, and the observation group was treated with Linezolid on the base of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared. Results The acid resistant smear of the observation group was negative, the sputum culture negative, clinical symptom improving, the absorption rate of focus and cavity closure rate were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms and adverse reactions of the blood system in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in coagulation index abnormalities, peripheral neuritis and urinary protein strong positive rates between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis received four-therapy combined with Linezolid treatment, the effect was significant, and did not increase serious adverse reactions during the medication, high safety, and actively improve the prognosis of patients.
