数字X线摄影技术在江门市无机粉尘作业人员健康检查中的应用价值(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨数字X线摄影(DR)技术在江门市无机粉尘作业人员健康检查中的应用价值。方法 选取2018年1~6月在我院进行健康检查的41名无机粉尘作业人员作为研究对象,均采取传统高千伏摄影技术和DR摄影技术两种方法进行检测。比较两种方法的胸片影像质量、尘肺病检出率。结果 DR胸片的拍摄质量情况优于传统高千伏胸片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DR胸片的优片率高于传统高千伏胸片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DR胸片的尘肺病检出率高于传统高千伏胸片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DR胸片诊断的尘肺病等级情况优于传统高千伏胸片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DR胸片可用于粉尘作业人员健康检查,具有良好的临床价值。

    Application value of digital radiography photography technology in health examination of inorganic dust operators in Jiangmen City

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of digital radiography (DR) technology in health examination of inorganic dust operators in Jiangmen City. Methods Forty-one inorganic dust operators in Jiangmen City who had health examination in our hospital from January to June 2018 were selected as the research objects, and they were examined by both traditional high-KV photography and DR photography. The chest image quality and pneumoconiosis detection rate of the two methods were compared. Results After comparison, the photography quality of DR on chest was better than that of traditional high-KV chest radiograph, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rate of excellent images using DR on chest was higher than that of the traditional high-KV chest radiograph, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pneumoconiosis detection rate of DR chest radiograph was higher than that of traditional high-KV chest radiograph, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The pneumoconiosis grade determined based on DR chest radiography was better than that of traditional high-KV chest radiograph, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The chest radiograph of DR can be used for health examination of dust operators, and has good clinical value.

    数字化X线摄影(DR)技术是采用平板探测器把穿透人体的X线信息转化为数字信号,并由计算机进行一系列的图像后处理的一种技术[1],其不仅操作方便简单,而且与传统高千伏摄影技术相比,具有高灵敏性、高空间分辨率和高密度分辨率、较大的动态范围等许多优点。根据粉尘的性质,生产性粉尘分为无机粉尘、有机粉尘两类,两种以上粉尘混合存在称为混合型粉尘[2]。无机粉尘主要是矿物性粉尘,对人体危害主要表现为能使肺脏发生纤维化,造成肺尘埃沉着病(以下简称尘肺病);有机粉尘为动物性粉尘、植物性粉尘及人工有机粉尘,其吸入肺部容易造成炎症[3]。混合型粉尘为塑料加工等高分子聚合物、稳定剂等生产性粉尘,其对身体的损害是多方面的[4],直接的健康损害以呼吸系统损害为主,局部以刺激和炎性作用为主[5]。本研究将DR胸片摄影技术应用于江门市无机粉尘作业人员的健康检查中,根据所得的影像信息进行尘肺病筛查,从而对DR摄影技术在无机粉尘作业人员健康检查中的应用价值进行分析探究,具体介绍如下。, http://www.100md.com(凌彩虹)
