【摘要】目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的54例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者临床资料，比较进行护理干预前后SCL-90评分和生活质量评分。结果经护理干预后，患者的SCL-90评分各因子和生活质量各项指标与干预前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<001)。结论实施整体护理干预对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的生活质量有明显提高。【关键词】护理干预血液透析糖尿病肾病生活质量
