【摘要】目的优化PCR多个参数分析福尔马林固定石蜡包埋标本中T细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(T-NHL)的TCRγ多重引物基因重排，以建立PCR扩增中不同变量性能改变的重要意义。方法优化PCR循环参数，采用优化的PCR方法检测53例T-NHL的TCRγ基因重排率。结果53例T-NHL中，采用优化的TCRγ多重引物克隆性TCRγ基因重排检测率为623%。结论实验性的调整PCR参数对FFPE组织的克隆分析，可能会有很大的价值。【关键词】T-NHLTCRγ基因重排PCR
