【摘要】目的探讨巧克力囊肿的声像图特点，提高诊断率。方法对158例阴道超声诊断及手术病理证实为卵巢巧克力囊肿的病例进行回顾性分析。结果卵巢巧克力囊肿的声像图有特征性，内部回声表现多样，动态观察囊肿内部回声根据月经周期、病程长短不同，有一定特征性变化。结论认识巧克力囊肿的声像图特点，动态观察，并与卵巢其他肿物相鉴别，可提高其诊断率。【关键词】巧克力囊肿超声诊断分析
