96例青年女性胃癌临床特点及误诊分析(1)

     【摘要】目的探讨青年女性胃癌的临床特点、治疗及预后、误诊原因，提高诊治水平。方法对笔者所在医院 2003～2010年收治的96例青年女性胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究分析。结果本组病例女性多见(123∶1)，临床表现隐匿，误诊率高，以胃窦部低分化腺癌常见，转移早，手术切除率低，预后差。结论青年女性胃癌临床特异性差，进展快，误诊较多，应引起临床医师的重视。【关键词】青年女性胃癌误诊回顾性研究
