【摘要】 目的 探讨全口活动义齿的方法和临床疗效，为改进义齿研究提供数据支持。方法 回顾性分析2008年7月～2010年7月笔者所在医院采用全口活动义齿修复的128例患者的临床资料，并以同期采用半口覆盖义齿的128例患者为对照组，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组义齿后咬合效率明显高于义齿前，但与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组患者满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，两组患者义齿后并发症比较组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 两组义齿方法效果良好，可根据患者意愿自行选择。
