【摘要】 目的 探讨应用股骨近端带锁髓内钉(PFN/PFNA)治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法 应用PFN/PFNA治疗股骨转子间骨折47例。结果 45例患者获随访，时间6～25个月，平均18个月。复查X片显示骨折均愈合。结论 股骨近端带锁髓内钉(PFN/PFNA)治疗股骨转子间骨折具有手术创伤小、固定可靠、并发症少等特点，是目前治疗股骨转子间骨折比较理想的内固定物。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effection of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA) in the treatment of the proxiaml femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 47 patients with proxiaml femoral intertrochanteric fracture accepted PFNA.Results The follow-up sample includes 45 cases,with the time range from 6 to 25 months(average 18months).All of the fracture are union in X-ray images.Conclusion For the feature of little invasion，dependable fixation and few complication，PFNA is the satisfactory internal fixation used to treat the proxiaml femoral intertrochanteric fracture ......
