胫骨上段粉碎性骨折合并腘动脉损伤的手术治疗(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨手术治疗胫骨上段粉碎骨折合并腘动脉损伤的疗效。方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院2002年1月～2009年1月12例胫骨上段粉碎骨折合并腘动脉损伤患者的临床资料，总结其临床特点。结果 本组患者平均随访9个月(7～15个月),患肢均存活并获骨性愈合，无感染、内固定断裂、畸形愈合及再骨折发生。膝关节KSS平均评分为84分，优8例,良4例，3例术后膝关节积液，穿刺抽液后好转，全部患者膝关节无内外翻畸形,主动伸展受限小于30°。结论 胫骨上段粉碎骨折合并腘动脉损伤积极手术治疗可获得满意临床疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the curative effects of comminuted fractures of the proximal tibia with popliteal artery injury.Methods Total 12 patients suffered comminuted fractures of the proximal tibia with popliteal artery injury accepted the fixations by external fixtor and blood circulation reconstruction with decompression of osteocompartment of the leg from Jan 2002 to Jan 2009. The clinical results were observed.Results All patients received a follow-up period of 9 months (7-15 months). None of the patients had the breaks of the nail, malunions, refractures, genua varums and genua valgums. All cases get bone union. Slight effusions of knee joint occurred in 3 cases. The ranges of active motion of the joint reduced less than 30 degrees. It got 84 grades on KSS.Conclusion In the treatment of comminuted fractures of the lower femur with popliteal artery injury ......
