侵入性操作与相关医院感染发生率调查结果分析

【摘要】 目的 了解分析广州医学院直属7家医院的医院感染与侵入性操作性相关感染现状。方法 按照卫生部《医院感染诊断标准》，采取床旁调查和查阅病历相结合的方法，对2009年6月份7家医院进行医院感染现患率调查。结果 实际调查3552例，实查率100%，发生例次医院感染率为4.86%，侵入性操作与相关医院感染发生率，分别为呼吸机19.9%、手术2.1%、留置尿管0.9%、静脉插管0.2%、动脉插管0%，各种侵入性操作最常见操作频率从高到低依次为手术、留置尿管、静脉插管、使用呼吸机、动脉插管。结论 应加强侵入性操作的规范化管理，各医院建立自已的目标监测体系，强化干预措施。
