【摘要】 目的 观察香菊胶囊治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法 将160例儿童慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，2周一疗程，连用3个疗程，随访3个月后评定疗效。结果 治疗组显效率为82.50%，总有效率93.75%。对照组显效率61.25%，总有效率81.25%。治疗组的痊愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 香菊胶囊辅助治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎效果显著，既无明显毒副作用发生，又没有使用抗生素所产生耐药性的弊端，可作为治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的理想药物之一,值得临床推广使用。
