    【摘要】 目的 探讨左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻一期切除吻合术的治疗体会。方法 回顾性分析48例左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻急诊一期切除吻合术患者的临床资料，全部病例均行一期切除吻合术，术后行病理检查。结果 术后无一例发生吻合口痿，无一例死亡。并发症：切口感染3例，切口裂开1例，腹腔感染1例。经抗感染、换药等治疗后治愈。结论 积极重视围手术期处理，选择合适的病例行一期肠切除吻合术治疗左半结肠癌并发肠梗阻是安全可行的。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect and feasibility of the one-stage resection and anastomosis for left hemicolon cancer concurrent acute intestinal obstruction.Methods We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 48 patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by left sided colonic cancer who underwent emergency removing and anastomosis of left colon on the first stage. All the 48 patients underwent first-stage resection and anastomosis operation and pathological examination was performed after the operation.Results Among the 48 cases, no patients died, no anastomosis fistula occurred. Complications include wound infections(3 cases), operative incision split(1 case) and abdominal cavity infection(1 case). Through dressing change and anti-infection treatment, all the patients recovered.Conclusion First-stage resection and anastomosis operation is effective and safe in patients with acute obstruction caused by left sided colonic cancer after proper perioperative period managements and selection of appropriate cases. ......
