产前子痫终止妊娠时机对母婴的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨产前子痫患者终止妊娠的时机对母婴的影响。方法 将63例产前子痫患者按子痫控制至终止妊娠时间≥6 h和<6 h分为A、B两组。比较两组剖宫产终止妊娠对母婴结局的影响。结果 两组患者母亲全部存活。A组母体并发症、新生儿轻度窒息、新生儿重度窒息、围产儿死亡率均明显高于B组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 产前子痫经药物治疗控制抽搐后,在6 h内尽快行剖宫产术终止妊娠,可降低围产病的发生率。
