以癫痫为首发症状的低血糖反应14例分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 提高低血糖对神经系统损害的认识。方法 回顾分析14例以癫痫为首发症状的低血糖患者的临床资料。结果 14例患者全部行头CT检查，除脑萎缩外无明显阳性表现者3例，皮层下腔隙性梗死4例，皮层梗死7例。所有患者均给予高张糖治疗，症状均得到控制，2例有复发，l例死亡。结论 对于表现为癫痫的糖尿病患者，应及时监测血糖，早期诊断，及时治疗。

【Abstract】 Objective To enhance understanding about the damage of Low blood sugar on nervous system.Methods Retrospective analysis of 14 patients with epilepsy as the first symptom of the clinical data of patients with low blood sugar.Results All patients were the first line of CT examination,in addition to brain atrophy no significant positive outside the discoverer of 3 cases, subcortical lacunar infarction in 4 cases,cortical infarction in the 7 cases. All patients were treated with hypertonic glucose treatment,symptoms were controlled,2 patients had recurrence, l died.Conclusion For the performance of epilepsy patients with diabetes, blood glucose monitoring should be timely, early diagnosis and timely treatment. ......
