【摘要】 目的 对阿托伐他汀治疗慢性肾功能不全进行临床分析。方法 将58例慢性肾功能不全患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(28例)。两组患者均予以常规西医治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上再加用阿托伐他汀20 mg/d。结果 本组病例就诊后24 h内即明确诊断者56例(96.55%),就诊后2～4 d内明确诊断者2例(3.45%)。两组治疗4周后24 h尿蛋白定量比较，治疗组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率28例(93.33%)优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在西医治疗慢性肾脏病的基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗，疗效好。
