论医院档案管理存在的问题及对策

    【摘要】 档案管理工作是医院管理的一个重要组成部分，是维护历史真实面貌的一项重要工作。本文分析了本院档案管理中存在的诸多问题，并就如何加强医院档案管理工作提出对策，对医院管理具有现实性指导意义。

    【Abstract】 Archives management is an important part of the hospital management, and it is an important job to keep the truth of the history. This article analyzes the problems in the archives management in our hospital and it gives countermeasures on how to improve the job of hospital archives management, which has practical guiding significance to the hospital management.
