【摘要】 目的 探讨单层缝合法在胃肠吻合中的应用价值。方法 回顾2005年6月～2010年6月收治的220例患者胃肠道单层吻合情况，分析临床效果。结果 单层缝合患者恢复顺利。结论 胃肠道单层缝合法方便，简单快捷，容易掌握，并发症少，完全能够取代两层缝合。

    Application of single-layer interrupted suture in gastrointestinal anastomosis YIN Zi-zhen.Heze Medical College in Shandong Province，Heze 274030，China

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the practical value of single-layer interrupted suture in gastrointestinal anastomosis.Methods We review all the patients with gastrointestinal diseases from june,2005 to june,2010.All the patients were given gastrointestinal anastomosis,220 cases were given single-layer interrupted suture.Results All the patients were cured,there were no significant difference from Single-layer suture and two layers of suture.Conclusion With few complications,the single-layer interrupted suture is economic,convenient and feasible, it can definitely substitute for two-layer anastomosis.
