【摘要】 目的 探讨胎盘植入的不同超声声像学特征，分析其超声特征对临床处理的指导意义。方法 总结2004年5月～2011年1月于本院产后临床病理证实为胎盘植入的病例，分析胎盘植入程度与超声检查的声像学特征性表现。结果 76例胎盘植入病例中，有31例产前超声诊断为胎盘植入，阳性率为41%，其中18例穿透性胎盘植入病例行子宫切除或次全切除术，7例行双侧子宫动脉栓塞术。结论 术前准确的超声声像学特征对胎盘植入患者的处理具有重要参考价值，能有效避免术后出血等并发症的发生。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the different Clinical characteristics of the ultrasound about the placenta accrete, analyzes the characteristic of the ultrasound to the clinical guiding value.Methods Summarized the post-natal placenta accreta cases confirmed by clinical pathology in May 2004 to January 2011 in our hospital, analyzed the placenta accreta degree and the Color Doppler Ultrasound characteristic.Results In the 76 cases of the pre-natal placenta accreta, about 31 cases were diagnosised by ultrasound. The masculine gender rate is 41% 18 cases of penetrability placenta accreta had a total or subtotal hysterectomy,another 7cases had the two-sided uterina arteria embolization.Conclusion The special characteristics of the color doppler ultrasound about the placenta accrete had important Clinical reference value before the orperition,and could effectively prevent the hemorrhage and other Complications. ......
