    【摘要】 目的 研究和分析侵犯周围邻近器官甲状腺癌的治疗。方法 对42例侵犯周围邻近器官的甲状腺癌患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 除8例未分化癌患者手术后6个月内死亡，其余34例仍生存。结论 相对于其他恶性肿瘤，甲状腺癌的预后明显较好，当肿瘤向周围发展，侵犯邻近器官，手术仍然是有价值和意义的。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of thyroid carcinoma with nearby organs involved.Methods The clinical data of 42 advanced thyroid carcinoma (between March 1990 and July 2010) were retrospectively analyzed.Results Except for 8 patients of undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma who died within 6 months, the other patients survived until now.Conclusion The prognosis of thyroid carcinoma is better compared with other carcinomas. When neighbor organs were involved by the tumor, the operations are still feasible and practical.
