中西药结合早期治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨对早期糖尿病肾病患者采用中西药结合的方法进行治疗的影响及效果。方法 将48例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各24例，两组均给予糖尿病常规综合治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用双密达莫、益肾中药治疗。结果 治疗组24例患者中，症状基本消失15例，好转5例，无变化4例，有效率为83.3%；对照组中，症状基本消失8例，好转5例，无变化11例，有效率为54.1%。两组症状改善率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在西药常规的治疗基础上配合益肾活血方煎剂治疗早期糖尿病肾病，疗效显著，值得临床推广。
