【摘要】 目的 观察黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的临床疗效。方法 将来笔者所在医院就诊的脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者68例，随机分为2组，对照组34例采用常规西医治疗，观察组34例在对照组基础上采用黄芪建中汤治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果 经过治疗，治疗组总有效率为94.18%，显著高于对照组(64.71%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛临床疗效满意，值得临床推广应用。
