【摘要】 目的 观察基层医院运用修补术治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法 回顾性分析60例消化性溃疡穿孔患者采用修补术治疗消化性溃疡穿孔的临床资料。结果 60例消化性溃疡穿孔患者，58例治愈，治愈率为96%，2例因术后病理检查诊断为胃癌，转上级医院行了胃癌根治术。结论 修补术具有操作简便，手术时间短，安全性高，是基层医院切实可行的有效治疗方法。
