腹腔热灌注化疗在进展期胃癌术后的治疗作用

【摘要】 目的 观察腹腔热灌注化疗在进展期胃癌术后的辅助治疗作用。方法 进展期胃癌根治性手术后患者60例，32例患者术后给予腹腔热灌注化疗，28例患者接受了胃癌根治性手术后单纯恢复体质调节胃肠功能的对症治疗。结果 在术后辅助腹腔热灌注化疗组2年生存率68.8%，高于单纯手术组，5年死亡率25.0%低于单纯手术组，差异均具有统计学意义。结论 进展期胃癌术后辅助腹腔热灌注化疗能明显降低术后复发率及死亡率。
