    【摘要】 目的 探讨福莱(Foley)导尿管在孔源性视网膜脱离手术中的应用方法及围术期护理。方法 对33例(33只眼)孔源性视网膜脱离患者实施巩膜外(水囊)加压手术，围术期及出院时给予患者整体护理和临床指导，观察术后效果，并发症的发生情况，并及时处理。结果 本组33只眼，手术后15 d，放出水囊内液体，拔出导尿管，视网膜复位31只眼，占93.94%；手术后5 d导尿管滑出1只眼，占3.03%；术后1个月视网膜仍未复位1只眼，占3.03%，以上两例经处理后，视网膜均完全复位。结论 福莱(Foley)导尿管水囊巩膜外顶压视网膜裂孔效果较好，加强围术期管理，优化术前，术后护理流程，可为手术成功提供必要的保障。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application and perioperative care of Foley catheter in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment surgery.Methods In 33 patients (33 eyes) of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment from the implementation of the patients with scleral (sac) water pressure surgery, perioperative and the hospital gave patients the holistic nursing care and clinical guidance, observe the effect, complications, and handle in time.Results In this group 33 eyes, 15 days after operation, release water sac liquid, pull out catheter, 31 eyes retinal reattachment, take up 93.94%; 5 days after operation, catheter slip off 1 eye, take up 3.03%; one month after operation, retina not reset 1 eye, take up 3.03%;After retreatment on above two cases, retina entirely resets.Conclusion The effect of scleral water outside pressure retinal tear by Foley catheter is preferable, enhancing perioperative care management,optimizing pre-operation and postoperation nursing process, which can provide necessary guarantee success for operation. ......
