    【摘要】 目的 探讨闭合性胰腺外伤的诊断和治疗体会。方法 回顾性分析近3年来本院收治的14例胰腺损伤患者的诊断和治疗临床资料。结果 运用全面综合检查，14例患者均较快确诊，及时的围手术期处理和剖腹探查，选择简单而合理的手术方式。除1例因胰腺损伤严重，术后出现腹腔内出血及急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)死亡外，术后并发胰瘘2例，假性胰腺囊肿1例，均较快治愈。结论 闭合性胰腺外伤的早期诊断和采取合理的手术方式是外科治疗的关键。充分有效地进行腹腔和胰周间隙引流及生长抑素类制剂的早期应用，是防治和减少术后并发症及促进伤口愈合的重要措施。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis of blunt pancreatic injury and treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of the past 3 years, 14 patients in our hospital in patients with pancreatic injury diagnosis and treatment of clinical data.Results The results of the use of comprehensive examination, 14 patients were diagnosed faster and timely processing and perioperative laparotomy, simple and reasonable choice of surgery. 1 case of pancreatic injury due to severe postoperative abdominal hemorrhage and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) died, 2 cases of postoperative pancreatic fistula, 1 case of pancreatic pseudocyst were faster healing.Conclusion Blunt pancreatic trauma Early diagnosis and surgical approach is to take reasonable surgical treatment of the key. Conduct full and effective drainage of abdominal and peripancreatic space and the early application of somatostatin derived products, is the prevention and reduction of postoperative complications and an important measure to promote wound healing. ......
