【摘要】 目的 探讨Lillis Mayer氏苏木素染色使用过程的稳定性、持久性及染色效果。方法 对Lillis Mayer氏与Harris氏苏木素在配方及使用过程进行比较。结果 Lillis Mayer氏与Harris氏苏木素染色均胞核着色细致、清晰，颜色鲜艳。但在配方配制上Lillis Mayer氏苏木素较Harris氏苏木素安全，且Lillis Mayer氏苏木素使用时间较Harris氏苏木素长。结论 Lillis Mayer氏苏木素是一种配制方便、即配即用、性能稳定、染色效力强、对组织染色适应范围广的良好胞核染色剂，与Harris氏苏木素相比有更多的优点，值得推广使用。
