丹参川芎嗪注射液对PCI患者疗效及血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响

【摘要】 目的 观察丹参川芎嗪注射液在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者中的临床疗效和对PCI患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的影响。方法 86例PCI患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予常规药物治疗，治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液，另选择健康体检者50例作为正常对照组。于治疗前及治疗5 d后测定并比较血清(hsCRP)水平，对疗效进行比较。结果 治疗组心绞痛缓解有效率(95.45%)明显高于对照组(80.95%)(P<0.05)；对照组、治疗组治疗前、后血清(hsCRP)水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)，治疗组治疗后血清(hsCRP)水平明显低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.01)。结论 丹参川芎嗪注射液可明显改善PCI患者的心绞痛症状，也能显著降低血清(hsCRP)水平，并且是安全的。【关键词】 丹参川芎嗪注射液； PCI； 超敏C反应蛋白The effect of danshen lingustrazin for injection on the treatment of PCI patients and the influence on serum high sensitivity C reactive protein FAN Ai-de.The First Central Hospital of Changde City in Hunan Province,Changde 415000,China【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of danshen ligustrazin for injection on the treatment of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) patients and the influence on serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP).Methods Eighty-six patients with PCI were divided randomly into group A and B，and 50 health subjects were selected as group C，patients in group A were treated with conventional medicine，patients in group B were treated with conventional medicine as group A and danshen ligustrazin for injection.All patients were determined serum hs-CRP and evaluated ejection fraction with echocardiography 5 d before and after treatment respectively,subjects in group C were determined serum hs-CRP,the parameters determined above were studied.Results The remission rate of angina pectoris in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (95 ......
