【摘要】 目的 通过对开放性颅脑损伤患者的动态观察及护理，积累丰富的临床经验，更好地指导工作。方法 98例开放性颅脑损伤患者根据伤情转入急诊ICU病房，对病情的每一发展阶段及过程，均实行动态、连续观察，为患者提供迅速有效、明确到位的医疗护理措施。结果 完全康复痊愈出院者69例，占70.41%。结论 尽早对开放性颅脑损伤患者实施处理与救治，严密观察病情变化，给予精心护理，有助于提高治愈率，降低此类患者的病残率。【关键词】 颅脑损伤； 观察； 护理Nursing experience of open craniocerebral injury XIE Xiao-yan，ZHU Hua.Changning District Hospital，Shanghai 200336, China【Abstract】 Objective To study the observation and nursing of open craniocerebral injury.Methods 98 cases of craniocerebral injury were enrolled.Consecutive and swift nursing were performed.Results 69 cases were cured(70.41%).Conclusion Strict observation and nursing should play the role in improvement of patients with open cerebrocranial injury.【Key words】 Craniocerebral injury; Observation; Nursing 颅脑损伤是常见的外科创伤 ......
