【摘要】 目的 探讨子痫发生的相关因素及孕产妇和围生儿的结局。方法 对本院2008年1月～2010年12月收治的27例子痫病例进行回顾性分析。结果 27例子痫病例中，无1例孕产妇死亡，新生儿窒息9例，围生儿死亡4例。结论 子痫一旦确诊，尽早终止妊娠，以降低母婴病死率。【关键词】 子痫； 并发症； 病死率Clinical analysis of 27 cases of eclampsia WANG Li-hong.Maternity and child health care of Anyang, Henan 455000，China【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and the outcomes of mother and infant.Methods A total of 27 cases of eclampsia in a hospital from January of 2008 to December of 2010 is retyospectively analyzed.Results In the 27 cases of eclampsia,9 cases of neonatal asphyxia, 4 cases death of perinatal ......
