中药熏洗在四肢闭合性骨折疼痛中的护理体会

【摘要】 目的 探讨护理人员在患者遇到四肢闭合性骨折所致的严重疼痛时应给予的护理方法。方法 将2009年5月～2011年5月因四肢闭合性骨折所致严重疼痛而于本院骨科治疗的163例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组患者均给予骨折常规护理方法，治疗组患者在此基础上，还给予中药熏洗特殊护理对待，持续3 d。观察两组患者的疼痛情况。结果 经3 d的中药熏洗护理对待后，治疗组患者疼痛程度明显轻于对照组。结论 对于四肢闭合性骨折所致严重疼痛的患者，应用中药熏洗护理在缓解患者疼痛方面效果显著。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore nursing measure which should be provided in patients who meet severe pain caused by closed fractures of the limbs.Methods From May 2009 to May 2011,163 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the observation group.Two groups were given conventional nursing method.And based of this,the treatment groups was treated with herbal fumigation special care for three days and pain outcome of the two groups was observed.Results Treated with three days herbal fumigation,pain of treatment groups was significantly lighter than observation group's according to the WHO pain grading standards ......
