瘢痕子宫内早孕在经腹B超引导下行无痛人流术220例临床分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨瘢痕子宫内早孕在经腹B超引导下行无痛人流术的效果。方法 选取2010年5月～2011年5月确诊为瘢痕子宫内早孕、要求实施无痛人流且无手术禁忌的患者220例，随机分为观察组(经腹B超引导下无痛人流组140例)和对照组(无超声引导的普通无痛人流组80例)，比较其手术时间、术中出血量、术中术后并发症的发生情况。结果 经腹B超引导下无痛人流组平均手术时间、出血量、并发症发生率均明显小于对照组。结论 瘢痕子宫内早孕在经腹B超引导下行无痛人流术具有操作简便、手术时间短、出血少、并发症少、安全等优点，值得在基层医院推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the early pregnancy in scar uterus abdominal B ultrasound guided painless abortion effect.Methods From 2010 May to 2011 May in our hospital diagnosed as scar uterus of early pregnancy, requiring the implementation of analgesia stream of people operation, no taboo in 220 patients, were randomly divided into the observation group (abdominal B ultrasound guided painless group 140 cases ) and control group ( without ultrasound guidance common painless group 80 cases ), the operation time, bleeding during operation, postoperative complications ......
