电离子术联合玉屏风颗粒治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨电离子术后联用玉屏风颗粒治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法 选择2009年1月以来笔者所在医院皮肤科门诊治疗的75例外阴尖锐湿疣患者，随机分为对照组37例，单纯用电离子术治疗；治疗组38例，采用电离子术后口服玉屏风颗粒治疗。结果 对照组总有效率为72.97%，治疗组总有效率86.84%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随访6个月，对照组复发率达54.05%，治疗组复发率为13.16%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 电离子术后联用玉屏风颗粒治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果优于单纯应用电离子术治疗。
