急性特发性面神经麻痹的早期康复护理的临床观察

【摘要】 目的 观察早期康复护理对急性特发性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法 将63例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成康复护理组和临床护理组(对照组)两组,康复护理组予神经内科常规治疗,为患者制订康复护理计划,进行早期康复护理；对照组给予神经内科常规治疗和一般临床护理,治疗前后定期对患者进行神经功能缺损评定，神经功能缺损评定采用改良portmann简易评分法,以治疗第14天分值的改变作为主要疗效判断标准。结果 康复护理组痊愈率、总有效率与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早期康复护理能有效改善急性特发性面神经麻痹的预后。
