37例呼吸衰竭机械通气患者的护理体会(1)
【摘要】 目的 介绍和总结呼吸衰竭机械通气患者的临床护理措施和护理体会。方法 回顾性分析2009年9月~2010年9月在笔者所在医院收治的37例呼吸衰竭应用机械通气的临床资料，进行经验总结。结果 37例患者机械通气时间为2~19 d，平均13 d，经过全面有效的护理，32例患者痊愈出院，5例患者并发多脏器功能衰竭而死亡。结论 对机械通气患者治疗期间全面观察和护理，加强人工气道的护理、基础护理、营养护理和心理护理等方面，可提高患者治愈率，改善治疗效果，减少并发症的发生，使患者早日康复。【关键词】 呼吸衰竭； 机械通气； 护理

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce and summarize the clinical nursing and nursing experience in patients with respiratory failure by mechanical ventilation.Methods Analyzed the clinical data of 37 patients with respiratory failure by mechanical ventilation in auther hospital from September 2009 to September 2010 retrospectively,then,experience obtained.Results Ventilation time of 37 patients was about 2~19 days,with an average of 13 days.After a comprehensive and effective care,32 patients were cured,and 5 patients with multiple organ failure were died.Conclusion Comprehensive observation and care on Patients with mechanical ventilation,enhancement of the artificial airway care,basic care,nutrition and psychological care etc,could improve the cure rate of patients,and reduced complications. ......
