【摘要】 目的 探讨无创呼吸机对心脏术后并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床治疗效果。方法 对心脏术后并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的患者以无创呼吸机治疗前后效果进行临床治疗比较。结果 辅以无创呼吸机通气治疗后患者的临床症状、体征和PaO2、PaCO2均较治疗前明显改善。结论 正确应用无创呼吸机能较快改善心脏术后并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床症状，是治疗Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的有效措施。
