射频消融在肝癌破裂出血治疗中的应用(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨射频消融在肝癌破裂出血治疗中的价值。方法 选取本院2例无法手术切除肿瘤的肝癌患者，对其肝癌破裂出血情况行HCC RFA治疗。结果 术后随访观察显示，18个月内患者肝内病灶完全消融，瘤体明显缩小，未表现出复发征象。结论 射频消融治疗对治疗巨大肝癌的难治性破裂出血，治疗周期短，患者创伤小，近期治疗效果显著。【关键词】 射频消融； 肝癌； 破裂出血

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Radiofrequency ablation for Ruptured Hepatocellular Carcinoma.Methods 2 cases of hepatic carcinoma patients of cant surgery to remove the tumor underwent percutaneous ultrasound-guided RFA.Results The follow-up show,liver lesions disappears completely and tumor decreased obviously in 18 months,and not found signs of recurrence.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation therapy to treat Ruptured Hepatocellular Carcinoma had the advantage of minimally invasive and treatment cycle shortly,recent treatment effect significantly.
