选择性穿刺治疗疼痛性慢性前列腺炎(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨久治不愈的慢性前列腺炎在治疗上的认识和治疗方法的改进。方法 用穿刺针行前列腺包膜及周围组织的触痛点注射。结果 已治愈16例患者均痛点注射治疗成功。结论 此法起效快、复发少、用药少、远期效果显著；非痛点注射、前列腺充血及周围组织的反复劳损伤是影响效果的因素。【关键词】 选择性穿刺； 疼痛性； 慢性前列腺炎

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the chronic prostatitis cured in the treatment of understanding and treatment method improvement.Methods Touches a trigger point an injection with puncture needle good prostate capsule and the surrounding tissue.Results 16 patients have been cured trigger point injection treatment success.Conclusion The effect quickly, less relapse, less medication, long-term effect is remarkable; non-trigger point injection, congestion of prostate and repeated labor injury of surrounding tissues are affect the effect factors.
