人性化护理在外科病房的应用及效果分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨人性化护理在外科病房的应用效果。方法 将笔者所在科2010年1月～2010年12月收治的1284例住院患者随机分为对照组和观察组各642例，对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组采用人性化护理，比较分析两组的护理效果。结果 观察组患者对护理质量的满意度显著高于对照组。结论 人性化护理可有效提高外科病房的护理质量，提高患者的满意度，值得进一步推广应用。
