【摘要】 目的 研究妊娠期子宫肌瘤红色变性的临床特征及治疗。方法 回顾分析2006年1月～2010年12月因妊娠合并子宫肌瘤在笔者所在医院住院保胎的病例资料。其中观察组(25例)为诊断妊娠合并子宫肌瘤红色变性；对照组(41例)为诊断妊娠合并子宫肌瘤，并伴先兆流产。结果 观察组的临床表现如肌瘤局部疼痛、局部压痛、发热、白细胞升高、肌瘤体积增大，与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义；观察组全部保胎成功，对照组最终5例发生流产，占12.19%。结论 妊娠期子宫肌瘤红色变性的临床症状较重，但保守治疗效果较好，预后良好。而肌瘤合并先兆流产的自然流产发生率较前者高。
