弹性针钩辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除在基层医院的应用(1)
作者单位：271400 山东省泰安市宁阳县第一人民医院通讯作者：陈泽忠【摘要】目的探讨自制弹性针式拉钩辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性与优点。方法回顾宁阳县第一人民医院2009年9月～2011年9月利用弹性针钩辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术56例的临床资料。结果56例手术均获成功。手术时间30～120 min,平均(75±32) min,术中出血3～10ml,平均(5±5) ml。术后24 h胃肠功能恢复并进食。住院时间3～5 d,平均45 d,术后2周复查腹部无明显瘢痕，无并发症发生。结论弹性针钩辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术在基层医院安全、可行,且更方便快捷,美容效果好。【关键词】弹性针钩；经脐单孔；腹腔镜胆囊切除术
Application of self-control flexible needle hook assisting the navel single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy in basic-level hospitalCHEN Ze-zhong.NingYang First Peoples Hospital, Taian 271400,China【Abstract】ObjectiveTo discuss the feasibility and advantage of self-control flexible needle hook assisting the navel single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy.MethodsThe date of 56 patients with cholecystectom were retrospectively reviewed from September 2009 to September 2011 in the Ningyang Peoples Hospital.ResultsAll operations were successful.The operative time was 30 -120 min,the average time was(75±32) min.
