内分泌科开展“优质护理服务示范工程”工作的短期成效
【摘要】 内蒙古林业总医院于2010年被卫生部确定为“优质护理服务示范工程”重点联系医院，内分泌科选为第一批启动“优质护理服务”示范病房。笔者通过充实护理人员，简化护理文书，做到“把时间还给护士，把护士还给患者”。在切实做好基础护理，注重健康宣教的同时，注重细节管理，确保患者安全，并实施费用清单制。该项目实施半年来，取得了“患者满意、社会满意、政府满意”的三满意成效，值得向其他科室、其他医院推广。【关键词】 优质护理； 改革
Short-term effectiveness of “high-quality care demonstration project” carried out at endocrinology department CHEN Hai-qiu, LIU Xin-qi. Inner Mongolia General Forest Hospital, Yakeshi 022150, China
【Abstract】 In 2010 Inner Mongolia General Forestry Hospital was named by the Ministry of Health identified as “Key Contacts Hospital” for “high-quality care demonstration project”. Department of Endocrinology was selected as the first “quality care” model ward. The author had enriched the nurses, simplifying nursing documents, to make sure that “Give time to nurses, the nurses give time back to the patients”. At the same time, to ensure good primary care, health education, while focusing attention on detail management to ensure patient safe. Meanwhile, the list of in-hospital costs was implemented. After six months of the implementation of the project, the hospital had gained a “patient satisfaction, social satisfaction, satisfaction of the government”, the three satisfactory results. This paper argues that this work deserves to other departments and hospitals. ......
