【摘要】 目的 探索运用流行病学调查与统计处理筛查可疑甚至是可以确定的致病源,从而提高实验室检测的针对性。方法 运用卡方检验对可疑食物进行筛查,运用AP-I生化鉴定系统重点对可疑食物进行检测。结果 本起食物中毒的可疑食品为鸦片鱼;本起食物中毒的致病菌为阴沟肠杆菌。结论 流行病学调查和适当的统计处理可以筛查出可疑食物,缩小检测范围,提高检测效率,具有一定的普适性。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of the screening of suspected pathogen or even confirmed pathogen using epidemiological surveys and statistical treatment,thereby enhancing the pointed laboratory test. Methods Screened suspected food using chi-square test and detected suspected food using AP-1 biochemical identification system. Results The source food was opium fish in this food poisoning case. The pathogen of this food poisoning case was enterobacter cloacae. Conclusion It has general application to screen out suspected food, narrow down detection range and improve detection efficiency using epidemiological investigation and appropriate statistical treatment ......
