【摘要】目的：探讨胫骨交锁髓内钉内固定术4字体位的疗效。方法：将20例胫骨骨折患者(均为闭合性骨折)采用4字体位，进行交锁髓内钉内固定。结果：20例平均随访20个月，采用4字体位行胫骨骨折交锁髓内钉内固定，手术时间短、术中失血量少、骨折复位率高、骨折愈合时间短。结论：胫骨骨折交锁髓内钉内固定手术时，采用4字体位，是一种新的有效的体位。
