【摘要】目的：探讨膀胱癌行膀胱全切原位回肠新膀胱术的临床治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析57例施行膀胱全切原位回肠新膀胱术膀胱癌患者的临床资料。结果：手术均获成功，术后24 h死亡1例，出现近期并发症9例，远期并发症7例。57例均获随访6~84个月，平均67个月，5年生存率58.1%。结论：对于复发性、多发性、浸润性膀胱癌患者，采取切除膀胱及原位回肠新膀胱术，疗效确切，更符合人的生理特性，患者更易融入社会，生活质量高，推荐为此类患者的优先选择。
