大隆毒饵现场杀灭家栖鼠的效果评价(1)

     【摘要】 目的:了解0.005%大隆的现场灭鼠效果,为今后应急状况下控制鼠类提供科学依据。方法:选择雷州市雷城镇相邻的地理景观、生态环境等因素基本一致4个自然村居民区作为现场实验区。其中3个为大隆毒饵实验区,另一个为敌鼠钠盐毒谷对照区。采用食饵消耗法,分别计算不同的投药天数食饵的消耗率及其灭鼠效果。结果:在大隆实验A、B、C区的灭鼠率分别为77.5%、89.8%、90.4%,敌鼠钠盐对照D区的灭鼠率为78.8%。结论:大隆一次性投药灭效与敌鼠钠盐连续3次投药灭鼠效果基本一致。大隆连续2次投药灭鼠效果明显大于敌鼠钠盐连续3个投药的灭鼠效果。大隆连续3次投药灭鼠效果可达90%以上。在应急状态下实施灭鼠,可选择大隆。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the field deratization effect of 0.005% Brodifacoum poison bait on the rodents,and to improve the scientific basis for control of rodents on emergency situations in the futrue.Methods:Take the four villages who have the same geographical conditions and ecological factors in Leizhou as a field test area.Three of which is test area with Brodifacoum poison bait,and the other is comparative area with Diphacine Na-sal poison bait.We calculate different of dosage rates and effects of prey rodent by using prey consumption.Results:Brodifacoum experiment in A,B,C area,anti-rodent rates were 77.5%,89.8%,90.4%.Anti-rodent rate was 78.8% in comparative area with Diphacine Na-sal poison bait.Conclusion:The effect of one-time dosage with Brodifacoum as basically the same as the rodent effect of consecutive three times dosage with Diphacine Na-sal poison bait.The effect of row 2 dosage with Brodifacoum is significantly greater than the effect of Diphacine Na-sal’s.The effect of one-time dosage with Brodifacoum as basically the same as the rodent effect of consecutive three times dosage with Diphacine Na-sal poison bait.The effect of three-time dosage with Brodifacoum consecutively up to 90%.The implementation of rodent control in emergency state can adopt brodifacoum.

    雷州市属我国家鼠鼠疫自然疫源地的最南端,为保证在动物间鼠疫和自然灾害发生时,在应急状态下选用高效灭鼠剂尽快地控制鼠类,也为日常的灭鼠工作提供科学指导依据,积极合理推广使用抗凝血灭鼠剂,高效地开展大面积灭鼠防病,笔者于2008-2009年在雷州市雷城镇4个自然村居民区采用大隆毒饵进行现场灭鼠,结果报告如下。

    1 材料与方法

    1.1 毒饵配制 0.5%大隆母粉由江苏泗阳鼠药厂提供,纯度及含量≥98%。取大隆母液1份和大米99份,配制成0.005%浓度大隆毒米;取大隆母液与新切的番薯条(大小1 cm3)1:50混合拌匀配制成0.005%大隆浓度的番薯条毒饵。称取敌鼠钠盐原药(用精确度为0.0001 g的天平称取),在沸腾水中溶解,然后按一定比例浸泡稻谷配成0.15%浓度的敌鼠钠盐毒谷,晾干代用。

    1.2 实验方法
