【摘要】 目的：通过分析急诊科医生压力源类型，探讨健康心态对急诊科医生解压的效果。方法：对6家三甲医院126名急诊科医生进行有关工作压力的问卷调查以及解压方法的选择。包括工作压力的类型、解压的方式，进行统计分析。结果：压力类型排序：精神压力占首位，为54.8%(69/126)，身体亚健康状态(高脂血症、高血压、血糖偏高、肥胖、心电图的轻度异常等)占第二位，为25.4%(32/126)，职称晋升压力占12.6%(16/126)，经济收入压力占3.9%(5/126)，学历压力占3.2%(4/126)。通过调节心态，建立健康的身心，有利于解压，减轻或去除不良的心理影响。包括同事之间、家人和朋友之间的聆听、倾诉、沟通与交流。健康的文体活动如打球、游泳、登山、适当的唱歌跳舞等。结论：客观正视压力，保持健康的心态是急诊科医生解压的有效方法之一。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze pressure source type of emergency department physicians，to discuss decompression effect of health mentality for emergency department physicians. Method：126 cases of six hospital emergency department physicians were related to job stress questionnaire，and decompression method choice.Including the work pressure type， extracting methods，statistical analysis.Result：Pressure type： mental pressure for the first of 54.8%(69/126)，sub—health state of the body second(hyperlipidemia，hypertension， hyperglycemia，obesity，mild abnormal ECG) was 25.4% (32/126)， title promotion pressure of 12.6%(16/126)，economic income of 3.9% (5/126)，pressure 3.2% (4/126).By adjusting the mindset， to establish a healthy body and mind，for decompression，reduce or remove the adverse psychological effects.Among colleagues， including family and friends to listen，talk，communication and exchange.Health and sports activities such as basketball， swimming，hiking，appropriate to sing and dance and other. Conclusion：The objective face pressure and maintain a healthy state of mind are effective methods for emergency department doctor.
