肺癌患者痰液也是值得留取和检测的有价值的标本。Xing等[19]对6个MiRNA进行pt—PCR检测,结果表明联合3个MiRNA:miR—205、miR—210、miR—708用以诊断肺鳞癌的敏感度和特异度分别为76%和96%。联合4个MiRNA:miR—21、miR—486、miR—375、miR—200b,在诊断肺腺癌时的敏感度和特异度分别是80.6%和91.7%[20]。
5 小结与展望
MiRNA是近几年生命科学的一大研究热点,与人类疾病之间有密切关系。目前,人们对MiRNA的生物学特征、生成及作用机制,以及其在肺癌中的异常表达等,已有较全面的了解,这有助于为肺癌的诊断、治疗提供新的途径,为今后肿瘤的预防和早诊早治提供有力的理论和实践依据。癌症患者的MiRNA检测同时结合病理学检查,有助于提高疾病诊断的准确性。未来,MiRNA将作为血清学标志物显示其诱人的应用前景,随着MiRNA的研究进展,肺癌患者将会显著获益。
