【摘要】 目的：观察超声定位体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法：选择2010年1月-2012年12月笔者单位收治的286例泌尿系结石患者，采用超声定位体外冲击波碎石治疗。结果：286例患者1次碎石成功179例，占62.59%，2次成功54例，占18.88%，3次成功34例，占11.89%，无效19例，占6.64%。治愈216例，好转51例，无效19例，总有效率为93.36%。结论：超声定位体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿系结石定位准确，疗效确切，是治疗泌尿系结石的有效方法。
